Arrival Times:
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before posted class times to allow for traffic and parking. The Craft Haven studio is not a drop-in location and will only be open to pre-registered students at the time of their class. Doors will open approximately 10 minutes before your class begins. If you are late for class, the instructor will let you in at the first available break in the course material. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you arrive over 30 minutes after the posted class start time, you will not be admitted and your class fees will be forfeited.
Parking:
Street parking available. No street parking available on Wednesdays from 12pm-2pm.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
Due to our small class sizes, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice before the class for all cancellations or transfers. Please email your request. All cancellations and transfers will be assessed a $15 administrative fee. Requests made less than 72 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Sorry, but no exceptions. There will be no refunds or transfers for missed classes. Class purchases made within 72 hours of posted class times are not eligible for a refund, so please check your schedule carefully when registering.
If a class is cancelled by CHC, students will be notified via email the day before class and refunded their entire purchase price.
Class Date Selection:
Craft Haven does not offer open Class Passes, Credits, or Gift Certificates. Class dates for Private Lessons or Private Group Classes must be selected at the time of purchase. Class dates for Class Transfers must be specified at the time of transfer
Age Restrictions:
Students must be 18 or older for all of our standard group classes. Private lessons are available for younger students, however, we do not offer lessons for children under 12 years of age.
Allergy Alert:
The Craft Haven studio is housed within a residential triplex that also is a home to two lovely kitties. While the frisky felines are never allowed in the studio, those students with severe cat allergies may wish to consider taking allergy medication before attending classes or private lessons.
