Class Description:
Bring out your inner whimsy with this fantastic costume basic! Skills covered include creating gathers, elastic casings, and working with stretch knits. For those of you who are savvy sewers, bring ribbons and other notions for embellishment.

Materials List:
3 yards no roll 1/2 inch elastic, 2 yards stretch knit. Ribbon and other notions may be used for additional decoration.
